Deep Child at Kubik August 11, 2006

We went to see Rick play at a club called Kubik in Berlin last week. I had to drag Chris out of bed at 11pm with many complaints but it was all worth it.

The club was called Kubik and was on the site of an old factory. After walking down a dark street in an industrial area we came to a gate and paid our money. Then we walked around the back of a building to see a set of green lit cubes pulsating to the music.

The club was built out of large water containers in steel mesh caging and each container had lights inside. It was quite surreal.

Rick’s beats were great and he looked like he was having a fab time.

I am going to upload photos when I can get a computer that will allow me to because words can’t do it justice.
